These happy small houses were created by Danish textile & ceramic designers Mette Bache and Barbara Bendix Becker. The series is called Urbania, and is made of white glazed ceramic.

The various buildings cast various rays and shades in the room, creating a cosy atmosphere for the evening. (Also work perfectly well as bookends on your shelf during the day.) The lanterns are produced by Kähler Design and are available from $30 per piece.
