Danish VITA is a young enterprise which started in 2008 in Copenhagen. Thanks to their fresh, creative approach and very affordable prices, the brand has been growing quickly ever since.
One of my favourites from their collection is the ‘Chimes’ which is a very simple pendant made of solid oak wood. Good choice for a dining or kitchen area.
‘Shade’ is a simple felt hat, that can placed on any larger LED bulb to create a sweet looking lamp and to adjust the light direction to your needs.
The fluffy ‘Eos’ shade is made of goose feathers. Wouldn’t say it’s a very practical item, but looks spectacular for sure. Prices for a medium size feather lamp is just $140.
Also worth mentioning that VITA ships all its products flat packed in small boxes to lower the transportation costs and their environmental footprint. You can find many other cool designs on their site.
